Hello, Peaks Athletic Club Members!

As we approach the third year of our annual maintenance fee, we would like to share all the goals and projects that we were able to accomplish in 2025 with your help, and what we are looking forward to accomplishing in 2026. 

In 2025 we were excited to bring you:

Main Gym

· Cardio: 5 matrix bikes, 5treadmills, 2 seated ellipticals

· Free Weight: 3 Technogym chest press pieces, 1 Technogym shoulder press, 1 Technogym low row, 1hip thrust machine, 1 Rogue Donkey, 1 bicep curl machine

Express

· 1 Stairmaster, 5 treadmills, 2ellipticals, 3 recumbent bikes, 2 squat racks 

As well as 12 new pieces of equipment for the Cardio/Selectorize area (4 ellipticals, 4 seated ellipticals, 3rowers, and 1 new leg extension/curl combo), a new heavy bag and plyo boxes for the outdoor lifting patio, 13 new spin bikes for the Spin Studio, a new TRX strap for the Free Weight Room, and all new accessories for the Aerobics Room (Bosu Balls, additional dumbbells in all weights, yoga straps, yoga mats, and stretch bands). 

In 2026 so far, we have resurfaced the pool patio area, drained, resurfaced, repainted and refilled the pool and purchased all new swim accessories. We have begun to paint the outside of the building near the outdoor patio/pool area, replaced the lockers and benches outside of the sauna, as well as replaced the gate leading to the pool so that it no longer slams. 

As we move into summer, we want to remind our members of the upcoming Annual Maintenance Fee that will be withdrawn on June 15th. We are continuing with the progress we made last year and are looking forward to the other projects that will be completed over the coming months:

24/7 Express Gym:

· New TVs, new fans, bathroom remodel, additional dumbbells 

Main Gym:

· New dumbbells in more sizes, allowing for more diverse weight selection as well as more dumbbells available for use

· Finish painting outside of building

· Finish painting inside of building

· Red Light Room remodel

· Men’s locker room remodel

· New Fans

· New lighting

· New AC unit

· Roof remodel 

As in years past, Peaks is committed to continually providing upkeep as well as growth for long-term sustainability. We will continue to use 100% of the funds received from the maintenance fee towards the improvement of the club.

Due to sanitary concerns we ask all cold plunge users to refrain from going back and forth between the cold plunge and the sauna. 

Violation of this rule can lead to loss of cold plunge membership

Members can freeze their account for the standard 12 months with the option to extend for another 3 months for $25. After this time membership must be active for a minimum of 3 months in order to qualify for another account freeze.
