Box Spar & Kick: Cardio Kickboxing with a twist! Bring your workout gloves or wraps and indulge in some one-on-one stress release sparring. As one instructor conducts class, another trained instructor will receive punches with professional mitts.

 

Breathing & Stretching:  Gentle stretching with soothing movements.  This

     45 minute class will totally relax you.

 

Cardio Kickboxing: Develop new skills and a strong core as you burn a ton of calories in this fierce, but fun, kickboxing class. Easy-to-follow combinations of upper and lower strikes make this a killer workout. Burn up to 700 calories per class!

 

Low Impact & Muscle: A class divided between 20 minutes of solid fat-burning movement, coupled with 20 minutes of free-weights, body bar, and tubing – topped off with a variety of abs.

 

Step & Muscle:  15 mminutes of step cardio combined with free weights, body bar and tubing, followed by 15 minutes of abs. 

 

Pilates & Core: Teaches techniques that help achieve graceful posture, lean muscles, and great balance – all by activating the core.

Group Cycling: Experience the ultimate cycling journey for total body conditioning. Work out at your own level of intensity while being guided by a certified instructor to meet the demands of a complete workout in just 50 minutes.

Step/Hi-Lo: This cardio workout blends easy to follow choreography, plyometrics, speed drills, and high-energy fun! Followed by a great ab workout; all burning up to 700 calories.

 

Yoga: Expand your range by increasing your flexibility, strength, and stamina – all while keeping a calm disposition, and a serene atmosphere.

 

Zumba: Dance your way to a fitter you! Zumba is a fusion of Latin and international music combined with unique, and easy to follow, dance steps.
